Text: The conservatory and summer terrace were perfect for my appetite-less unwinding. Definitely didn't need to use the service, it might jeopardize the hotel's reputation after all! *sarcastic tone*

The location is nice, near to the castle of Poppelsdorf and the Botanical Garden. Nice restaurants and bar's are in walking distance. One can walk to downtown in a couple of minutes where one can find more interesting things like museum's or the "Beethovenhaus", for example.

Also it is a four star hotel there is one absolute downside and that is the noise from the streets. I guess the windows aren't as good insulated as they should measured on the volume of noise coming from the traffic through the closed(!) windows - day and night. I think if the owner's would spend a night from time to time in one of the rooms they would come to the same result as a lot of their guest's (there are a couple of reviews complaining about the noise). People who like to spend the night (more) quite should have earplugs on hand. The location is great but the situation with the street noise is very unfortunate. There is definitely room for improvement - for the comfort of the (at least paying) guests.

1. Bonn is expensive and this hotel cost more than it was worth. It may be value for money in Bonn, however. 2. Wireless access was 7 E/24 hours. For what they charged, it should have been free

It was very close to the place where my daughter got married! It had a very sumptuous breakfast!

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved the amenities at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location was fantastic, only a 5-minute bus ride to the center of Bonn or a pleasant 15-20 minute walk through the Botanic garden. There were plenty of shops, including an organic store, supermarket, and coffee shops, near the hotel. Additionally, there were complimentary apples at the reception and water/sanitizing gel in the room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the hotel provided fresh orange juice for breakfast. a great experience for budget-conscious travelers.

Upon check in we had super service and help from our bilingual reception. She was so helpful and a pleasure to have dealt with. I used her expertise throughout my stay for helpful hints and advice. Even after the trip she was a great help, a friend left something behind and she was so helpful that she found the item, and even went and shipped it back to the usa. I wish I knew her name to contact the hotel directly to let them know what an asset they have!

Our room at the President Hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being located above a busy motorway. The spacious double bed and well-sized bathroom made for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with various restaurants and pubs nearby, and easy access to the center of town. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant city break.

A road seems to be near the room we stayed. The sound of driving cars might be a little annoying in quiet night.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location near the palace of Poppelsdorf in a suburb of the city was perfect. During our romantic getaway, we found the hotel to be cozy and charming. We appreciated the clean and well-equipped rooms, as well as the friendly staff who greeted us warmly upon check-in. The breakfast offered a great selection of choices, and we enjoyed the local specialties available. The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic walks and explorations of the city, with many attractions nearby, including restaurants and shops.

We were disappointed by the lack of parking space available, which made it difficult to find a suitable spot for our car. we found the check-in process to be slow and cumbersome, as there was only one staff member available to assist guests.
